The leading film is a piece directed for Experian about their work with Big Issue Invest and the Rental Exchange to create financial inclusion for low-earning renters. The system at the time meant that people who reliably paid their rent were not getting any benefit showing in their credit rating as there was no system to pick up those regular payments. The rental exchange logged payments meaning those on low income could build credit. The landscape is now subsequently looking very different with Canopy having evolved out of the efforts captured in this film.
